Both options have their own worth. So, don't worry. Sit a while and ponder over that whether you can grasp basic concepts of Psychology or not. If yes, it will be much better for you to opt it. Intl law is good but Constitutional law is not regarding scoring trend. Overall, it would be better to opt Psychology.

What is special in it to be sure? I've put analysis according to my best of knowledge. We are here to analyse things but keep in mind that the final selection is always depended upon the aspirant. After all, it is he who is going to appear in exam and is attempting the said papers.
The recent trend of scoring, selection of material availability etc, has been an issue with Const. Law. And esp. when the student has no law type motives or interest, it becomes a type of drudgery to him.

I like Psychology more than any other optional subject (I don't have medical background) and also it is very high scoring so definitely I will say Psychology is much better option. But there are some people who don't like this subject if you are one of them, you should look for other subject.
International Law is also good and it will help you in other subjects as well but it's only more high scoring if you memorize laws in it.
I don't know much about C.Law.
Go with a subject which can assure these things: Scoring+your interest
