sole this question
the case law of the international court of justice and the practise of united nations show that while the principle of self-determination is agreed upon, neither the scope of its application nor the method of decolonization has been settled.
i understand the part that self-determination is agreed upon.there is uncertainty as to which people can have the right for self-determination. people within existing state cannot have that. please elaborate on the method of decolonization. |
