No this paper, in fact any paper, can not be predicted. However, if the paper setter favours you, you gonna get high marks and vice versa. Mercantile law is one of the most unpredictable subjects. If there is no case studies, as happening for last 5 years, then you may get good marks.

The paper is normally dominated by Contract Act, what I have inferred from the past papers.
