After studies different societies and cultures he reached on this result that societies change and evolved with the passage of time. System is the main obstacle in every field progress and prosperity. Therefore for bringing change in society first overcome the system.

Roti, Kapra, Makan and Nikah are the basic rights of each and every citizen. Safety of all citizens without any discrimination of color, sex, age, race and religion is the responsibility of the state. To strive language and culture is the basic right of society. It is the responsibility of the state to respect every religion of the world. Shah Wali ullah thought of society in sociological terms. The purpose of Islamic commandments was social. Shah Wali Ullah was a reformer and sociologist, he may be considered as the forerunner of Karl Marx. Human being has a lot of wishes and desires. To fulfill these wises and desires human being acts. For action human being need directly or indirectly the help of others. On this way social interaction established among the human beings.

Language, Agriculture and state are the basic components of the social Syatem.Society passess through different stages during its developments. These stages are Social life,State, Government and Politics.
