Hello every one..I need your valueable suggestions regarding subject replacement..i ve decided to replace IL,sociology,journalism these three with Geography and Forestry. whether i should go with my decision or not? please opine in the light of your own experience.rest i ve opted psychology and punjabi.

Yes , in the light of paper of 2014 , it is a good decision . But , make sure one thing before opting forestry , that you can remember names of plants species etc or not . Although just one or two chapters are related to species names , but see the course outline before opting it .

Yes exactly recent trend has made me skip these.in previous two attempts i went with same combination.Flunked in english essay...so need ur sincere suggestion..is it advisable to opt these two..i ve no background of geography...suggest only one book that covers whole syllabus of forestry.

A very good decision at the right time indeed. All these papers were badly hit by FPSC in CE-2014. So, Geography and Forestry both are far better than them.

Default Need suggestion about geography as optional
Hi everyone. I am going to appear in CSS 2015 with Psychology, Punjabi, Business Ad and geography. but i don't have any background in geography and so I am confused should I go for it or not. Kindly, suggest me because I really don't know how to draw maps or anything. simply I am unaware of abc of geography. Please suggest me can someone not having a background in geography get good marks in it? or is it a shaky subject or a hard nut for novices? I need to start preparation so urgent response will be highly appreciated.

Sadia i ve exactly the same query..lets think for a moment all the subjects except 1 or 2 they are new to us.we cant ve background of all the subjects..so lets go for Geography.
Ok now please suggest only few books that cover whole syllabus of geography and forestry..and tell the strategy for good scoring in these..what things should we keep in mind while preparing Geography?

Geography books:
1. Modern Physical Geography by Sarfraz Bajwa
2. Noor's comprehensive Geography by Sanpal.

Geography is not as an easy subject. To opt geo or to get high grades are two different things.if u want to get good grades join any good teacher in ur location and read int.authors also as Deblig,Gohchen....Good Luck.
