and if a person mother tongue is not Persian so can he attempt this paper or not

AOA, i m a new member of that forum, INSHALLAH will be appear in the coming NWFP PMS Exam, 1 of my optional subject is Persian & some one recommend me Gul-e-Farsi by Maj (r) Nazir Ahmed Zafar Cheema for Persian Paper, believe me it is very nice book, who covered the Paper of CSS as well as PMS.

If a person doesn't know anything then how can he/she attempt any paper???

Nothing is impossible to a willing heart! If you study throughly then you can give any paper. All it requires is hard work and some concentration and, above all, your interest!

@ Faraz .... bro is there any Iranian Cultural Centre in Quetta? u can take admission in Iranian cultural center for a 3 month certificate course ... they will teach u how to speak/read and write and once u r done with it ... u can opt Persian.

Sadat so nice of you Dear that what i want to know yeah in Quetta we have Iranian cultural center surely i just want to know info i am not going to attemp because my one teacher YaYha Tajiq he said persian is very easy even u can attempt in CSS

Dear Faraz,

It is possible for u if u have intentions to have the persian as ur optional

subject.

In Quetta you can can go to Iranian Embassy located at Jinnah road, there

you will find a course of 3 months , where the persian with exact and proper

Grammar is taught..

It is very easy and i m sure you can learn that...........

You asked that if the person does not know can he attempt the paper. Now tell me if a person doesn't know anything how can he/she attempt any paper?
