Wa-Alaikum Salam
Dear, I have gone through Abnormal Pyschology by Kring, Davison, Neal 11th Edition and on its page 144, Chapter 5, I found the following "Causes of Anxiety Disorders"

1) Genes increase risk for anxiety disorders (genetic factor)
2) Elevated activity in the brain's fear circuit
3) Poor functioning of the GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) and serotonin systems as well as high levels of norepinephrine

Default Anxiety Disorder
The occurrence of anxiety without any obvious external cause that affects daily life functioning is termed as a psychological disorder and is called Anxiety Disorder.

Causes and Types:
It has four types:
Phobic
Panic
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Obsessive compulsive Disorder.


Dear search for the above four types and you will find causes of each. I would have been typing the answer but it's a lengthy one and my typing spped is miserable..
