A combination of feldman and sherbano really works well.. For topics, not found in these books, one can search on net and find sufficient material. I myself is going with psychology. No matter what people says.. Under clouds,, disaster etc but i am hopeful for psychology..

please someone clarify my biggest query?

psychoneurosis/neurosis covers only anxiety disorders( GAD,phobia, panic,OCD,PSTD AND ACUTE STRESS DISORDER ) only

psychosomatic includes somatoform disorders(briquet's syndrome, convrsion disorder, hypochondriases, pain disorder and body dysmorphic disorder) only

psychosis (schizphrenia, paranoi, depression, dementia associated with aging) only
personality disorder has three clusters A,B,C
CLUSTER A INCLUDES PARANOIA,SCHIZOID AND SCHIZOTYPAL ONLY
CLUSTER B INCLUDES NARCISSITIC,HISTRIONIC,ANTISOCIAL AND BIPPOLAR DISORDER ONLY
CLUSTER C INCLUDES AVOIDANT,DEPENDENT AND OCD
is all this information correct? apart from this is there any other topic important and relevant diseases/disorder in clinical psychology left to be covered? kindly respond because each thread earlier posted has its unique classification of disorders.

No clinical psychology is more than this....and ur information regarding dsm 4 is also not accurate. Try to consult sherbano s book it has written impresvely on clinical psychology

thanks a lot for your guidance dear but i attended kips academy last year and they said one shouldn't refer to sheherbano because every one writes from there.i have quoted the classification from zareen bukhari. can you please tell me where i can get names of all the topics of clinical psychology only?are mood disorders, dissociative disorders and conduct disorders also included in the syllabus?
