No one has pasted expected questions of Sindhi for CSS-2013. But below are some topics of Sindhi which have been repeated:

1.sindhi boli j bun bunyad babat mahren ja pesh kayal mukhtlaf nazrya.
2.Shah abdul latif ji shairi, Sachal Sarmast g shairi.
3. Sindhi adabi tareekh ja mukhtalif daur.
4. Prepare for translation question. It repeats always.
5. Sindhi adab men jadeed lara.
6. Sindhi drama, novel, nasr, afsano, gazal, wai, kafi, marsio, molood, bait
7.Mukhtasir note: Dr Baluch, Shaikh Ayaz, Qaleech Baig, Ustad Bukhari, Tanveer Abbasi, Altaf Shaikh, Amar Jaleel, Jamal Abro, Qazi adan.

There is no specific source of the Translation question. You should practice reputable passages of Sindhi literature which you can randomly find in various books. As far as MCQ's question is concerned, consult Mukhtyar Mallah's book of Sindhi MCQ's.
