No one has pasted expected questions of Sindhi for CSS-2013. But below are some topics of Sindhi which have been repeated:

There is no specific source of the Translation question. You should practice reputable passages of Sindhi literature which you can randomly find in various books. As far as MCQ's question is concerned, consult Mukhtyar Mallah's book of Sindhi MCQ's.
