But bureaucracy is also a topic of sociology.

In sociology, the bureacuracy is studied as an institution.
The "dissatisfaction with bureacuracy" might have relevancy with Public Administration.

Talking

As for as the dissatisfaction about bureaucracy is concerned i feel wikipedia may help you. In the end part 'criticism' and 'theory of bureaucratic dysfunction' may help you
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bureaucracy
or all negative points which you can find are the reasons of dissatisfaction.

and as for as the second part of the question is concerned. do u mean that how can such bureaucratic features be removed from bureaucracy or from any society? if u want top remove bureaucratic features from the bureaucracy you need to dilute it, i mean change those features with features of any other good structure ( A mixed form) and if you want to remove bureaucratic features from society still in that case simply you need to replace bureaucracy by some other structure.

I have not started sociology but just have some interest and a bit exposure. so it was just my attempt and i was more general may be i couldn't reply that properly.
