Briefly speaking;

Alienation is a state of mind when a person continue to perform the same task over and over without any change, and thus develop the feeling of alientation that hamper progress and innovation in his work.
Migration theory is that human beings continue to look for better wages and working conditions and whenever find chance migrate to that country/region,
Internal migration is similar to above but within the country like ppl. from upper parts migrate to Karachi for better wages and quality of life.

Plz read the full explaination in the book of social theory.
