Sociology is a really easy subject. You can do it yourself without any tuitions if you know the proper syllabus (which is short as well).

Yes. You just need to have some aptitude for the subject. Social sciences are considered easy everywhere. Try to read it once and ponder over the examples given. Polish your observation skills and you will find that Sociology applies to a broad spectrum of our everyday life.
