Opt for pa only if you had it in masters or someone who is a authority in this subject is going to teach you.

i wasted a month on it and then didnt opt. too much technical and unrealistic.

Its not the case. One can opt it easily even if he dont hav background in PA. I had it and found it easy. May be you had faced trouble but it doesnt mean its bad or unrealistic.

Yeah of course others might find it interesting but still i would say that there are other easy options available for aspirants. Only people like u should opt it u find it interesting others should opt easy ones.

Strong Bureaucracy is administratively weak???

In my opinion it is primarily due to the defects of Bureaucracy-Red Tapism,Nepotism, Non-Responsiveness. More strong Bureaucracy would be the defects, it poses, would also be of the same extent.
So strong Bureaucracy is administratively weak because of it's shortcomings.

AM I RIGHT??

Bureaucracy is the predefined structure so i think it will have administrative structure as campare to other styles.......so i m disagree

this is what i m saying that bureaucracy is not weak in admin ......because it has prdefined structure of powere in which u can easily define the admin structure example of this army ....do u think army is administrativly weak ......i dont think so
