Default Please Guide me
I want to appear in the exam of PCS, but I have not the certificate from the controller of examination showing the exact date of exam passed, And unfornately the university has been closed 15th aug. My transcript is showing the date and there is also the sign and stamp of Controller of Examination. Please guide me is it necessary to collect certificate for appearing in the test or not,

If you have the transcript and its shows your degree is completed so it is enough for the exam of PCS. You can show your final degree on the time of interview.
