MCQ's were also tough as in both papers mostly dates were asked and options had same years.only months and dates were different. Its difficult to recall them.

Both papers of EU history were great. to me it was some what a blend of in depth historical study, comparison and keen analysis..simply it was a good squeeze to make someone's creative juices run.

To be honest, I thought this was a very predictable and straightforward exam. It covered everything from 1789 to 1989 and the only requirement to successfully complete the MCQs as well as the subjective sections was to read any one book on European History.

One book can be recommended by seeing such kind of paper but don't overrule the fact that it's History and 200 marks subject. While preparing for European or any other history at least go through 2 or 3 books.
