my precis:
"cultural change" Cultural change is always followed by social change, in any human society. Actually, human culture has the two dimensions; outer and inner, both are so inter-connected that neither of them separately can be taken in any consideration. likewise, in under-developed countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America, the difference in culture; into feudal and folk was not only because of difference in intellectual level, status privileges or any rivalry but it was mainly of the European colonial imperialism in 16th to 18th century, which changed the very social structure of their societies.

Everything is difficult in the beginning. You should read exploring the world of English by Syed Saadat and explore different threads here on the forum. You will find plenty of stuff that will be sufficient guide to you. Moreover you can consult a teacher as well who you think can be of some help to you. And certainly practice practice practice it upto near perfection! Regards,
