Hy aspirants! I attempted Pakistani sports women as ambassador of soft image of Pakistan.
My outline was primarily based on "How sportswomen have been able to create softer image for pakistan?
Keeping this basic premise i attempted the whole essay. I personally believe that there was no need of argumentation on lack of ground, playing facilities and achievements of sportswomen.
My outline included the following points though i dont remember the whole:
Sportswomen representing egalitarian Pakistani society,Representing that Pakistan is peace loving country,Potraying Pakistan as exclusive member of the world community, eliminating gender discrimination and inspiring womens of other nations.
Now keeping in view the point of "No deviation from the topic" I attempted the whole essay although there was paucity of ideas but i remained confined to the topic.
I would request seniors and fellow aspirants to comment on this.
Thanks

If you are good in writing skills and grammar then i can safely say that you have hit the deck hard. This was the main theme of essay and you are right, very few have attempted it in this way. I myself took it wrong and deviated fom topic by mentioning reasons for low growth of women sports and suggestions to improve it like grounds and facilities etc. But can you please tell me what was the length of your essay in terms of words because if we stay sticked to this theme that it hardly covers 1000-1500 words . What to write about next half length of essay.

As for as points like achievements and spodts facilities are concerned;you are right didnt make the essay theme but the word new somehow relates to this arguementatation. If we see the statistics of pakistani women achievements and represntation in variety of sports then it hardly beats anyother country. In olympics and other world games excet 2-3 our women represntation is less as compared to australia and even india in south asia. And even in these sports they dont have any noteworthy acknowledgement and achuevments. The purpose of ambassador can be more efficiently served if we are winning titles like sania mirza in tennis and a girl i dont remember exactly her name in badminton from india who have brought world wide recognition to her country. I think india's society is not better than ours where rapes ratio is much more than pakistan and gender inequality and women rights denial is more there.. But
globally they are considered liberal and modern and progressive than pakistan. So if we better equip our women with sports facilities then it may help in promoting the cause of ambassador of soft image.

But dear this is what i think, examiner may not agree with me and may consider my essay irrelevant..but your is a good and straight forward essay that totally relates the topic. Wish you good luck.

Well thats what i am bothered about.I used all those superfluous words necessary to potray our sportswomen as best ambassadors due to soft nature of females. You are right to comprehend that if we do not mention achievements etc it hardly covers 8-9 pages, but i didnt included this idea even then i was able to write 16 pages.
Considering the nature of the topic i would be in doldrums till the result later this year.
I wish and pray for your success.
Do remember me in prayers :)

Well, you are right. Unfortunately this time none of the topic was as straightforward as previous. I have seen a thread on great nations win without fighting , even after 5 months of exam , still one can not give verdict on its meaning.any how best of luck my prayers with you.
Good luck to all forum members and others for this-all important paper and remainder of exam.

6. Look to the east for a holistic progress
7. Great nations win without fighting
10. Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent.

These 3 topics were worth-considerations and tempting specially with strong current affair or international relations background.
I attempted GREAT NATIONS WIN WITHOUT FIGHTING....... tell me either my choice was good or not....what 'il be my expected shadow?
