according to my limited knowledge or information some facts may be as follows in this regards

pakistan is a very poor country ,though it is very rich in its resources and fertile land.
PAK IS A GREAT NATION AND STATE.it has phenomenal potentials,great rivers great people ,great talent,high mountains ,sunshine,four seas,great agriulture land ,great wealth of natural resources,great air force ,great Army and great friends like china Iran,Soudi-Arab ,UAE,Libyac and other Muslim countries. but there is a very poor expansion of industries and irrigation.no proper attention has taken to have wealth from mineral resources.these are the main resources through which a nation and a country can become great and strong.
how an we make it next Asian Tiger .....................................................?
there is no short cut but hard work only.unity ,faith,discipline,educating the nation,skill development,learning trade and commerce,investing in human resources,health setor,feeding the poor,social housing programs ,micro financing,building infra-structure and most importantly ,focusing on egriculture.making friends and reducing enemies,making peace with neighbours while watching your interests and playing wisely smart with other nations of the world.electing patriotic honest,loyal,trust-worthy,intelligent,hard-working and shrewd people.and dumping tried and tested corrupt politicians and strengthening the institutions.exploiting our great strategic location and turning it into a gold mine and earning revenues for investment ,skill development and health.
to make our country strong and self sufficient in cash and edible crops,we should adopt modern process of irrigation and cultivation.water supply and seeds should be provided to farmers,so that they an produce more crops and we can save more wealth by importing food crops.
a country cannot be called a developed country until it does not develop and expand new industries in all possible places where resources are easily available.we have a lot of raw ash crops and we earn a very little amount of income by exporting them.if we arrange a product export item from them we can earn many percent more capital by such exports.
see now what father of our nation Quid Azam said about running the affairs of our nation-state?come forward as a servant of islam,organize the people economically socially and politicaly,and i am sure that you will be the power that will be aepted by every-one..........

By using our right to vote
By increasing literacy rate

As i am not having that much of knowledge to give a solution but i might be able to suggest one thing that it's ALLAH and Taqwa which is directly proportional to the condition of mankind and nothing else.
1. Deviation shall be erased from the country.
2. I believe that deviation is caused by turning away from your religion and culture.
3. We shall offer thoba to ALLAH.
4. We shall not follow non-Muslims as they don't even believe on Akhirath the life having no ends and following them will lead to a pitfall.
hope my suggestions help out a little bit for the great nation.

yah right ,islam isa great religion which is endowed upon us by ALLAH Almighty through there prophet (hazrat muhammad s.a.w),the most perfect personality for ever.so it has the solution of all our problems. the only reason of our drawback is that rather then reliying and glorifying our great value ,we have started copying the west.

Your point is completely invalid.

I live in Germany. As far as Haqooq-ullah are concerned, these people obviosuly don't believe in Allah. However, I can assure you that when it comes to Haqooq-ul-Ibad, there is hardly any Islamic principle that these people disobey.

We can do ourselves a great favor by studying how these people respect other people, just like Islam tells us to.

Allama Iqbal had rightly said that he found Muslims in the sub-continent, but Islam in the West. Based on my experience, I can tell you that the great poet was 100% right.

In my opinion the basic requirement is to bring about a change in individuals from within inside. This change cannot be forced instead it needs to be self-motivated so that it may last long. The problems lies here, everyone in Pakistan wants to see a change n others and the community but not in his or herself. We want others to behave like responsible citizens but we don't ourselves to behave as such just as in a traffic jam everyone is in a hurry wanting others to give them a way. How about if we give the way to others but then it starts seeming an arduous task. A country prospers through its population. No government can make Pakistan great as they are selected from within ourselves. How can we want them to be angels when we ourselves act like devils? The corruption, nepotism, lack of merit, bribery and all other such negatives cannot be curbed through law enforcers but only through the population's character and self-belief.

Education and Business activity can completely transform a society.

Setting the right direction for our youth and creating a positive environment is necessary for progress and prosperity.

Proper mental and physical training alongwith a set of positive habbits should be encouraged at early stages of education to our children.

All these little things collectively will bring about a change that we long for.

Instead of laptop,metro bus etc schemes,people should be provided with funds to start their own businesses but of course it should be an honest,controlled and transparent effort.

Well nice slogan may be IK will use this in coming elections.
In my opinion
1. Let the coming generations be educated with same syllabi, same educations for all.
2. Equal justice for all
3. Controlling inflation and unemployment
If we possess these virtues our society will be on the heights of progress,BUT.
