i think it should be done by the military court ,because in this scandal there is involment of some politician and presure from those whom had done it,there is only one institution that is military court .which can make difference in investigation and they can also give punishment without taking presure and it is hineous crime, it case should tackle by military court

In my personal opinion, Yes. Because If the jurisdictaion of ATC can be invoked then the case should be transferred to military court for speedy and effective justice to the victims. Besides, It will serve to deter and prevent such cases in future.

If Army has to fight crime and dispense Justice, why wasting billions of dollars on Parliament, Police and Courts?

ATC may decide this case in 7 days if invoked.

my dear brother you are correct in the thing why we are wasting billions of dollars , but you had also seen the inquiry of model town there is involment of politican of punjab, shabaz sharif. court also give decesion against the shabaz sharif that his involment in model town but nothing happen against him . my question to u dear did he implement the court decesion ? how can the inquiry of these corrupt politician be done correct under those officer which are under them?

If nothing else seems to be working, lets call for a martial law.Throw this useless government out but don't allow them to misspend limited money of this ill-fated nation on impotent institutions like Judiciary, Police etc.
