Default Who can harm the TAPI project?

The prime Ministers of Pakistan and India are ready to go to the Turkmenistan for TAPI project, a gas pipeline project about 1700km from Turkmenistan,Afghanistan Pakistan and India, said that this project would be completed with in two years.
Defense Minister of Pakistan Khawja Asif stated that Pakistan would talk to Afghan Taliban for security of gas pipeline.
Now it is cleared that TAPI project could be harmed by any terrorist group. But the question is why they wants to harm this project?

This project is on going, and it will be on going for more a half decade ahead. Because it has been a controversial issue. The opposition parties depict is one of the expensive projects that is likely unproductive in case of prepared at that much deferring. Moreover, security concern is another problem, despite comprehensive crack down on terrorism in the belt of gas line, this project can not get completed by 2017 as per its time frame. However, now Pakistan is bound to uphold this project in spite of having millions of dollars dent in economy. Russia, China, India and many other prominent countries are incorporating wind, solar and hydal energies in generation electricity. Meanwhile, Pakistan so far has not been able to incorporate the said resources. That's why it has rightly been dictumed that Pakistan is rich in natural resources but poor in management. The world has reached to utilize Nuclear energy for producing energy, yet we are dancing around the fire for such unproductive and expensive resources.
