Default Isn't Army and media accountable

The call given by Raheel shareef for "across the board accountability" is a welcome gesture, because fruits of war on terror can only be reaped if we nip the corruption.
But, shouldn't this accountability start from his own institution that is army. Where are the conclusions of Abbotabad commission, APS incident commission, hamood ur rehman commission? list can go as long as one wish.
Equally important is accountability of media and the judiciary.
Why are they made holy cows?
Why only politicians and bureaucrats?
