Really Confused. Please help Dear Seniors!
Senior Members please help, I have Computer Science back ground (bachelor in Computer Science) but have no grip on the said subject. I am thinking of going for Political Science because it's only way to make grounds for Current and Pakistan Affairs, and that comprehending the essence of State's Functioning. You may suggest IR instead. But I have all the suggest books for Political Science than that of IR. For IR, I have to consult to multiple sources that result in time consuming But this is not true in the case of Political Science for at least me. I have only two months for Pol Science. Please help senior members. |

Go for Political Science. Although, its syllabus is relatively lengthy but IR is purely analytical and has had a poor scoring trend for quite some time.

Two months are more than enough for Political Science. Just be consistent.

Go for Pol Sc but be sure to study it thoroughly. A casual approach will end in another disappointment that "I should have selected Computer Science".
IR is more relevant for Current Affairs, Pakistan Affairs, and Essay Papers. Pol Sc is the mother of IR, remember it. Make notes and prepare well. Best luck |
