BRIBED Judiciary does not provide the Justice of Hazrat Ali

The problem with our judiciary is BRIBERY ! A BRIBED judiciary can never provide justice. Transparency International calls our Judiciary as MOST CORRUPT alongwith Police and parliament.

Below proves that in Musharraf era, Corruption DECLINED in Pakistan.

• 2002: Transparency International announced Wednesday that Pakistan’s rating improved from 11th most corrupt country in 2001 to 24th, according to a TI press release. http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=story_29-8-2002_pg7_13

• 2007: Pakistan is clearly ranked 138th out of 179 countries. That places Pakistan as the 41st most corrupt country in 2007. The source is Transparency International.
http://www.transparency.org/policy_research/surveys_indices/cpi/2007

Police, Power, Judiciary and Land are the mot corrupt departments, and Taxation, Customs & Health have improved their ranking since 2002
www.transparency.org/.../version/1/file/2006-08-11_TIPakistan_national_corruption_perception_survey_2006.pdf

Judiciary considered Corrupt along-with Police & Parliament: http://www.transparency.org/content/download/20299/282101/file/TIPakistan_national_corruption_perception_survey_2006.pdf

The problem is that when allowed JUDICIAL ACTIVISM, our Judges tend to SELL themselves to the HIGHEST BIDDER.

Nawaz Sharif BOUGHT ex-CJP Iftikar to settle his personal REVENGE against Musharraf and also clear his confiscated properties worth BILLIONS from the govt.

CJP dogor was BOUGHT by Zardari and keeps clearing DAILY zardari free from corruption cases under NRO.

This fight is b/w Judiciary. Judiciary AGAINST judiciary! Same as happened in Nawaz era, when Nawaz constituted a 10 member bench against CJP Sajjad Shah. The bench was headed by Saeed uz Zaman Siddiqui. Later Nawaz had it bombarded wirh stones and his party members!

So, we need a Judiciary FREE of BRIBERY and FREE of JUDICIAL ACTIVISM !

There are also indication of RAW involvement in judicial lawyers movement to destabilize Pakistan and hurt its booming economy and image. Since this lawyers movement, the PAK economy has seen a decline.

FREE JUDICIARY of Political Influence and Bribery! Under ex-CJP 15,000 cases were pending in the Supreme Court and the Judge was BUSY taking SOU MOTU cases against govt to settle Nawaz's REVENGE with Musharraf. What was this nonsense???

The ex-CJP was leading political rallies with flags of PPP and PML-N.... wah it seemed he was on their PAYROLL !

He took PCO himself and now he's advocating against current PCO judges! What hypocrisy!

Pre March 2007, he was LEAST concerned about the dictator and after he was kicked out of his JOB he started thinking about freedom of judiciary!

HE WANTS HIS JOB BACK ! One wants his job and the other wants PERSONAL REVENGE ! Where does freedom of judicary fit in????

So Dear you are accusing Nawaz and Zardari for using CJ for their personal inetersts and making Mr Musharaf as naive and innocent.Wah great!
i want to ask some questions.
what are the basis that are considered for the emergency on November3
1) Sou Moto actions that were taken by CJ iftikhar Muhammad ChAHDHRY
to give relief to common Man.today if people are standing by with lawyers ,its because of chief justice relief given to them .where is Nawaz Shareef interests here
2) Steel Mill Case. i dont think that i need to explain that 221 billion rupees asset was being sold by our Ladla primeminister in just 22 billions rupees.where is Nawaz interets.
3) Investigation of Missing People
Pakistan is amde a police and agencies state by Musharaf.
Agencies pick the people from their homes, torture them and put them in prison
Chief jsutice took actions to ask agencies about these people.where is Naawaz interest
4) investigation of LAL mASJID bRUTALITY
SO i need not to explain that what is reaction of this operation and today no one is secure.
what a country ?
where Chief of Justice is begging for justice and Chief of army staff is not secure.
Salute Mr Musharaf Salute
i dont think you would have read Surveys about Musharaf Popularity
People hate him and they vent this hate in 18th Februaru Election

you can say our economy was booming by sitting in UAE.
Economy was booming but just for a particular class not for a common MAn

Dr Qadeer is hero of this country
Iftikhar Chaudhry is also hero who refused first time before dictator.

this is not an argument that Nawaz did this that in past ,so now he has no right to do right.

CJ iftikhar kept himself neutral and did not participate in any hearing against Musharaf validity
so how can you say he is against MAusharaf
Musharaf is against this Nation
aur dictator Mar ke jan chortay hain

1- Emergency was declared to KICK out BRIBED judges. Remind yourself, PAK has stayed under emergency from 1965 to 1985... and again Nawaz Sharif imposed emergency after Nuclear Blasts in 1998 and FROZE all foreign currency accounts.

2- Suo motu cases taken by ex-CJP were for common man? This is news to me! He was in the process of starting JUDICIAL ACTIVISM and becoming a Superman, before he STRUCK OFF cases of Nawaz Sharif. Rana Sanaullah introduced ex-CJP to Nawaz Sharif and assured that this Judge will strike off cases off Nawaz. Now this Rana Sanaullah is the Law Minister of Punjab.

3- Suo Motu cases were meant to create obstacles in governance. It is not the duty of Supreme Court to take notice of Basant, KHI traffic, vegetables prices, hajj qoutas, and interfere in government policies.

4- People even went missing in Nawaz Sharif era. Like Aimal Kansi. When people indulge in Anti-State activities and cross border without passports to help foreign terrorist, they'll get picked up by Indian RAW and NATO forces or killed by Baitullah Mehsud & Fazalulah types. The blame is put on PAKI agencies. The agencies RIGHTLY kick and arrest Anti-State elements that proceed against the official Foreign Policy of Pakistan.

5- Lal Masjid students were brainwashed to KILL and attempt SUICIDE BOMBINGS by the Aziz (who ran away in abaya). They were given 6 MONTHS to lay down arms and not run a parallel system in PAK. Above 2000 women and kids were recovered and ONLY those died who took up FIGHT with Armed forces. Terrorist should be ELIMINATED ! These suicide bombers deserve NO MERCY!

“Our youth will commit suicide attacks, if the government impedes the enforcement of the Sharia and attacks Lal Masjid and its sister seminaries,” Maulana Abdul Aziz, the in-charge of the mosque said in his Friday sermon.
http://www.dawn.com/2007/04/07/top1.htm

6- Sir, In these 2008 elections out of 160 million people ONLY 28 million voted, in which PPP got 10 million, PML-Q got 8 million and PML-N got 7 million votes. While 132 million Pakistani DID NOT VOTE! How can you wrongly conclude that Musharraf was rejected in these elections? http://www.thenews.com.pk/print1.asp?id=100179

7- Yes, Dr Qadeer is hero of PAKI. That's why he's being protected inside Pakistan and not being handed over to USA. Musharraf refused his acess to UN and IEAE or USA. Let him remain safe.

8- Why didn't Iftikhar chaudhry REFUSE when taking first PCO under Musharraf? Why didn't he think of judiciary of the 15,000 cases pending in Supreme Court under him and he was busy taking Suo Moto? Now, that's he's been KICKED out - he's RUNNING FOR HIS JOB !

Iftikhar chaudhry was part of Supreme Court team that JUSTIFIED Military take-over in 1999 and the Supreme Court announced:

That the cases of learned former Chief Justice and Judges of the Supreme Court, who had not taken oath under the Oath of Office (Judges) Order, 2000 (Order 1 of 2000), and those Judges of the Lahore High Court, High Court of Sindh and Peshawar High Court, who were not given oath, cannot be re-opened being hit by the doctrine of past and CLOSED transaction.

PCO judge Iftikhar Chaudhry was part of judiciary which approved the 1999 military coup.... Supreme Court judgement said:

On 12th October, 1999 a situation arose for which the Constitution provided no solution and the intervention by the Armed Forces through an extra constitutional measure became inevitable, which is hereby VALIDATED on the basis of the doctrine of State necessity and the principle of salus populi suprema lex as embodied in Begum Nusrat Bhutto’s case. The doctrine of State necessity is recognized not only in Islam and other religions of the world but also accepted by the eminent international jurists including Hugo Grotius, Chitty and De Smith and some Superior Courts from foreign jurisdiction to fill a political vacuum and bridge the gap.

He's as much responsible and now he's just RUNNING FOR HIS JOB!

9- If Musharraf is a military dictator than these politicians are "DEMONCRATIC DICTATORS". Both are dictators. These demon-crats are Feudals, Mafia businessmen and monarchy promoters sitting in Parliament abusing the name of democracy. DEMON-CRAZY!

10- Hameed Gul hatched up this plan to launch a lawyers movement that whose whole purpose was against honest Musharraf. Nawaz wanted PERSONAL REVENGE and that's why he FINANCED this whole movement. He BRIBED the ex-CJP to take up cases against Musharraf.

Yesterday, in Faisalabad Nawaz Sahrif party workers were there to receive ex-CJP and Aitzaz Ahsan. IS THIS NEUTRALITY??? He's clearly SOLD OFF to highest bidder!

11- Lastly, Steels Mills. You quote out of mis-information and media maligning. Our Steels Mills was never worth Rs.221 billlion that you quote!

The official stated figure calculated in 30-6-99 (not in Musharraf era) amounted to Rs.17 .64 billion. www.edb.gov.pk/Corporations/STEEL/Pak%20Steel.pdf

Net worth shown in financial statements for 2005 is $349 million (including LONG term assets –which includes LAND) and while Saudi Group was buying it for $362 million. http://www.privatisation.gov.pk/industry/PDF%20File/PSMC%20Summary%20Info%20-%2027-09-05.pdf

Financial Statements confirm, as of 1999, PSMC had accumulated long term local currency commercial debt of Pkr 19.1 billion (US$ 318 million). http://www.privatisation.gov.pk/industry/PDF%20File/PSMC%20Summary%20Info%20-%2027-09-05.pdf

Net Income for 2004 is Rs.4.8bn and only current liabilities Rs.5.14bn. Total liabilities exceed the Net Income. The worth can hence be concluded.

The government claims that it has privatised only 4,547 acres of land on which the actual plant is located. Officials maintain that the PSM held a total of19,000 acres of land and about 14,500 acres, with an estimated value of 800million USD, have been separated from the transaction
http://www.newsline.com.pk/NewsMay2006/newsbeatmay2006.htm

The government had not sold 14,500 acres of land of Pakistan Steel Mills and negotiations were on with the Sindh government to set up an Industrial Park on that land. http://www.paktribune.com/business/newsdetail.php?nid=9

They were selling the Steels Mills of worth $349 million to Saudi Group for $362 million!

1)

So Dear u think that emergency was declared to KICK out BRIBED judges.
Amazing
They were bribed because they were reluctant to validate the Musharaf re election in Uniform.
So Dear What will you say about Musharaf Party ,Chaudhry Brothers,Shiekh Rasheed,Shaukat Aziz and all other corrupt people who were YES MEN to Musharaf and got 56 Billion Rupees Loans.
Proof of this has been submitted in Parliament.
If Musharaf is so honest ,he must have taken against these people
If Zardari is against Musharaf, he is most corrupt and if he accepts Musharaf, he become innocent like born today. what a Honesty Yar.Salute.
2)

Sou Moto actions were hindrances in governance
What a governance ?
We have seen this governance during last 8 years
Every citizen accepts that people got relief due to these Sou Moto actions.
If Government is not interested in stopping killing at Bassant then who had to take action.
If around 50 people will be brutally killed at Karachi at 12th May and Musharaf will say its show of power ,then who had to take action.
4)

So thousands of people Miss in era of Musharaf not in Nawaz Shareef
Hundreds of suicide attacks were blasted in Musharaf era not Nawaz Shareef.
What we got by deployment of army in tribal areas?
Qauid Azam said at the time of independence that we will not deploy any army in tribal areas but OUR QUAID SANI( Musharaf ) is doing this .so what is result.
What we got by killing Bugti
Only Anarchy!
So people are picked by NATO and RAW
But our government is slave of these NATO and RAW
We are busy in dialogues with INDIA
What we got?
Kashmir is handed over
Our rivers waters are blocked by building dams on our rivers ,we are silent
RAW, by sitting in Afghanistan is destabilizing Balochistan, we are silent
NATO forces attack Pakistan tribal we are silent
Not Silent but in engaging dialogues with India and NATO.

5)

So we preferred operation in LAL Masjid and what we got.
Today whole country is bleeding and burning.
No one is secure.
If Americana dn Britain can make dialogues with foreign elements then why we cant start dialogues with our own people.

6)

So 160 Millions people are listed for voting?
Its fact ,remember ,that every dictator consider that This Silent Majority is with him.
But come to Pakistan ,see people ,sit with them and listen their opinions ,believe me every one is against your hero ,Musharaf.
What they have got during last 8 years
Suicide attacks, unemployment, inflation,
People did not vote because of security
People did not vote because they considered nothing will change.
And see what have changed.
Musharaf is there against him they vote .

7)

So iftikhar is Corrupt because he validated 1999 Military Coup
But the person who did this Military Coup is your hero
What a hypocrisy.
You can say that Qauid Azam was wrong because once he was part of Congress
You can say that Bhutto was wrong because he was once part of Ayub
You can take thousands of examples from history that Many people were part of dirty system and at last they stood before this dirty system and got name in history
Same did by Iftikhar
Same did by Nawaz Shareef
I know many mistakes by politicians
But Nawaz Shareef is proving himself hero of our history
You said that Nawaz impose emergency after Nuclear Blast
I ask one question
At that emergency Constitution was suspended?
60 judges were arrested?
Thousands of workers were arrested?
And see that moment when Pakistan tests its nuclear weapons
Could these American Poodles can do this without any fear
Could these American puppets can refuse before American president that we will test our weapons.
These people who could not even protest of American strike, what they can do.
These people who got dollars and handed many Pakistanis to Americans,

So if Iftikhar is running for his job then for what Musharaf is offering NRO to Zardari to whom once he said that they will not return paksitan, they are corrupt ,they are this that.

8)

Pakistan Steel Mill Supreme court verdict is obvious. It is based upon facts and figures,
Our imported Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz offered his Saudi friend to purchase Pakistan Steel Mill, Its worth is above 200 billions but was offered 20 billions.
Shaukat Aziz was worst and most corrupt prime Minister of our history.
But you are willing to agree
Because you think Media is wrong
Silent Majority is with Musharaf.

10) if you think at election ,many people could not go vote.
Then what about those surveys conducted by different organizations.
Now you will say opinion of some hundreds people cant give right decision about popularity.
You CAN ALSO say that when these surveys are conducted, Musharaf Supporters are at home, they don’t come outside to participate in these Surveys,
you can also say that our people are illiterate ,so they cant understand the importance of Musharaf and only some people sitting is UAE and America can make Musharaf hero.
Musharaf is not a hero
If he is then ask him to disguise and come in streets and markets to know about him.

brother you have every right to express your views but at the same time we have every right to oppose you on rational grounds.
In all the above achievements of the SUPERMAN, just compare the neighbouring countries. you will see the difference. by this i mean, that the world is moving to development(although differently in degrees and intensities). so this is a natural course of different sectors and not the KARNAMA you ideal
Whatever achievements you have attributed to Musharaf have accrued to Pakistan only for the blood that they have shed in the war on terror. all aid came when ever the superman murdered his own people.Lal Mosque, Waziristan and Baluchistan.
he has destroyed institutions. look at political parties, the judiciary, the parliament, the district management group, the magistracy. for this alone he must not be tolerated.
As far democracy is concerned, we must not link it to some personality. democracy will come only when the necessary paraphernalia for democracy is set up. for example today the 160 million people of Pakistan are frustrated and disappointed with their rulers but they do not have the necessary channels to translate their grievances meaningfully.

which democracy are you talking about?

First of all, Western sort of democracy is not fit for PK; I can prove it to you very easily. Second, the current setup has done nothing but one group of dacoits goes and other comes. It will not be without education and proper planning that we will make any progress. Independent judiciary is a must for rule of law which is the main requirement for any democratic setup

Being protected and kept safe? :huh

Yesterday, I was watching capital talk in which Hamid Mir made a call to Dr. Qadeer. He asked him sth like, 'Kiya aap khud ko azaad samjhtay hain.' And Dr. Qadeer replied, 'Aap ko meray ghar ka pata hai aap khud aker dekh lain.' Do you think anyone who is being protected and kept safe would say that? Read this:
Responding to a question, Dr. A. Q. Khan said people who were opposing Pakistan’s nuclear program, plotted against him. He said it was highly unfortunate that foreign schemers managed to find helping hands from within the country.

Could you tell me by how much it increased?

I consider Musharraf nothing but America's puppet!!! He is a corrupt and a looter! He is responsible for Pakistan's current conditions; he and his partner Shaukat Azizi - the one who ran away! Musharraf is a burden on Pakistan and, Insha'Allah, soon he will be thrown away! One day, Allah will make him pay for what he has done to my beloved country, Insha'Allah!!!
