Will the UN resolution work against Israel

ASSALAM U ALAYKUM
USA was intentionally delaying the ceasefire and was not ready to compel Israel to stop its indiscriminately carried out offensive.
Now as the UN has passed the resolution no 1860 that calls for unimpeded humanitarian assistance to Palestinians. The resolution encourages efforts to Palestine-Israel peace .Western powers and Arab leaders agreed on Gaza resolution USA abstained from voting on the pretext that the text of the resolution didn’t suit her.
The resolution calls for immediate, durable and fully respected ceasefire.
But the resolution is not flawless, as it didn’t mentioned the time line for the leave of Israel’s forces.
103 resolutions have been passed against Israel since it occupied the Palestinians' land illicitly in 1948, but the majority of these resolutions were deliberately not complied by it.
Today the death toll of Palestinians has been reached up to 800.
May Allah help these helpless people as the Arab leaders were slapping on each others back and laughing as they were on a recreational tour, not for removing the grievances of the poor Palestinians in UNSC.

u rightly pointed out that for a long time resolutions have been passed but are of no use,the only reason is that there is lack of enforcement mechanism regarding int law,the big flaw of it...
however on the other hand such an organisation have been used for the protection of self interests by the super powers...no need to mention their names....

so passing resolutions can b seen just on pages esp if regarding 3rd world states or muslims specifically...

we cant help that out solely so muslim ummah z required to join hands together and to raise up just for the protection of our innocent brothers and sisters being slaughtered there w/o any fault of theirs....

Yes sister, this is the scenario with our Muslim world, that they always tried to show them superior upon each other, but when the bad time comes upon any of their Muslim state the bind their hands just as women at home and the aggressors fully take advantage of their sulky state.
UN is no doubt formed to fulfill the purposes of some hegemon states notably the USA, and therefore it is impossible to act on that resolution without the assent of the America, so the Arab world after seeing the Israel's stance on resolution, it complies or not,should do some strong steps against this inhumane petty state surrounded by Arab states.
