Why SPSC is playing with the feelings of Sindhi hardworking youth by advertising jobs and readvertising them again and again.The posts of mukhtiarkar HAVE BEEN lying with SPSC since last five years.No conduction of tests but only readvertisement in last five years.This is so unfair with us who have been waiting and waiting ,while SPSC Along with its members is sleeping.Now a days SPSC looks like otak or waiting room of Chief minister qaim ALI SHAH.What message r these sindhi politicians trying to send to sindhi educated youth.Our SINDHI politicians and their handpicked bureaucrats r sucking the blood of sindhi youth,while we r silent spectators.SPSC IS LOOING LIKE A PROFITEERING ORGANIZATON,WHICH CHEATS ON YOUTH BY ADVERTISING POSTS IN NEWSPAPERS AND COLLECT ALOT OF MONEY FROM YOUTH IN THE FORM OF CHALLANS.THEY HAVE THEIR TARGETS SET FOR MONEY COLLECTION,IF TARGET IS NOT MEET,SPSC READVERTISES SAME POSTS SO AS TO MEET THE TARGETS OF MONEY COLLECTION.WHILE WE KEEP PAYING CHALLANS ONLY TO FILL THE POCKETS OF SPSC,WHILE THEY NEVER CONDUCT TESTS.WHILE RECENTLY CONDUCTED COMBINED COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION IS AN EVIDENCE TO DISHONESTY, UNPROFESSIONALISM,NEPOTISM PREVAILING IN SPSC.A POLITICIAN SON WAS ALLOTED TWO ROLL NUMBERS IN SAID EXAMINATION.FINALLY MOST OUTRAGEOUS THING ON EARTH IS MAKING AGE LIMIT OF ELIGIBILITY 43 YEARS.HOW CAN U INDUCT 43 YEARS OLD PERSON FOR PURELY NON TECHNICAL JOB?THIS AGE HAS BEEN INCREASED TO ACCOMODATE THE SONS OF POLITICIANS AND BUREAUCRATS.THIS IS GRAVE INJUSTICE WITH YOUNG PEOPLE LIKE US WHO HAVE TO COMPETE WITH MIDDLE AGEd PEOPLE.IS THEIR ANY AUTHORITY WHO CAN ASK THEM REASONS BEHIND INCREASING AGE LIMIT TO 43?ANY WAY,I THINK SPSC SHOULD CLOSE ITS OFFICES AND ALL ITS MEMBERS SHOULD BE PUT ON OPEN TRIAL.A LEGISLATIVE ACT SHOULD BE PASSED IN SINDH ASSEMBLY,WHEREIN REQUEAST SHOULD BE MADE TO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THAT ALL POST IN SIND DEPARTMENTS SHOULD BE HANDED OVER TO FPSC.THESE POSTS SHOULD BE FILLED BY FPSC ON MERIT BY CONDUCTING FAIR EXAMINATION IN PROVINCE.THIS IS THE SOLUTION.STILL THERE IS HOPE IN THE END OF TUNNEL, BELIEVE IT OR NOT

SPSC is occupied by we people and we r responsible by its malfunctioning......and after all thats what we can expect from our 80 year old CM .......who has lived his life and has no future passions or plans to achieve.

Mr. daud I disagree that we r responsible 4 malfunctionong of SPSC.Not at all.we r victims of SPSC,we need to raise our voice t all possible forums.We must write to deaf presidency,mind boggling prime minister.If still our grievances r not redressd we should write to honourable chief Justice.If still nothing happens,write to Ban ki Moon,OBAMA,Gordon BROWN,Angela merkel.If still nothing happens come out of ur houses and do peaceful protests.BUT BIGGEST PROBLEM IS WHO WILL BELL THE CAT????????????U UNDERSTOOD MY DEAR .

yes dear ali u are right. we have to get up from slumber. if we are not responsible for its inefficiency then we must are atleast responsible for letting it in an out of order situation.

well, belling the cat is infact a difficult job yet we must write in newspapers and other sources from where our powerful president may get a clue for spsc's idleness.

but dear do u know that even fpsc chairman is not being appointed for more than three months so how our honourable president will look over here.

but let not lose hope and do something.

dear we are lucky enough to have such a forum where we sindhi discuss our greviences with each other and let get combine at any place to make a joint strategy for our bleak future.

Wel dear ali I appreciate ur efforts that u have raised voice against injustices by SPSC. Infact, SPSC is inefficient, corrupt institution. To put spsc on open trail, we sindhi youth need to be mobilize in order to achieve our goal. Atleast, we cud raise our voice on media. This is time not only paying lips servics but materialize our actions on ground.

Ali I wrote that we r responsible for the malfunctioning of SPSC....in the backdrop I had what you have elaborated should have been done by our youth.....but its not being done yet.....which means that we are responsible in some way or other...

You know ali we are still working hard to change our culture and mindset.....while watching sindhi channels ....I dont know u have noticed or not???...the way we r molding the energies of our youth towards love ....love and violance.......
God help us otherwise we are at the verge of collapse as an independednt and honourable civiliation......(I know u and many others will say dont be pessimisst.....but narrating the truth is not at all pessimism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..

Mr Faisal and Mr Latif,I think Mr DAUD has point when he speaks abt unmindfulness of Sindhi media towards real issues like decadence of education,exploitation,etc.Similarly,sindhi media is not doing enough to highlight evils prevailing in spsc.Media is also not much engaged in invoking cultural values of sindh,while reckless and stupid things are telecasted on sindhi channels.We must also blame our media for staying away from the issues of youth.ALI KAZI AND AKBER KAZI R ONLY MAKING MONEY SITTING IN DUBAI , THROUGH THESE CANNELS BY TELECASTING RUBBISH THINGS,WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SINDHI CULTURE AND TRADITIONS,WHILE SHOWING NO INTEREST TO REAL ISSUES RATHER PROVIDING COVER TO CRIMES AND EXCESSES DONE BY FEUDALS AND NEFARIOUS POLITICAIANS.
WE MUST ALSO BLAME OUR TIMID MEDIA FOR OUR MISERIES.

Very TRue!!! Media Managers are in dire need to change their mindset, use their energies and senses to show the true picture of a proud sindh dweller, who is sick of old themes of feudals, dacoits or cheap sort of unethical songs and comedies. The youth doesnot endorse such services. Rather it should raise the education, revenue, cultural, literary , water, environment, political, socio-econoimc issues on global fronts.
