Is Pakistani constitution Islamic?

Some people say that Pakistan's constitution and laws are un-islamic because Pakistan's penal code is mainly inherited from British laws.

I think that is a strange argument.

If retired public servants in UK get pension and Pakistan starts a similar pension scheme, would it be unislamic?

During Ghazwa Ahzaab, Holy Prophet (S.A.W)asked Hazrat Salman Farsi how persians defended a city. When he told about the trench, a trench was dug which had no precedent in islamic warfare before. So Muslims should not have dug the trench just because the concept came from unislamic persia?

Electronic filing of taxes started in US, does that make it unislamic in Pakistan?

As for as our written constitution is concern it is completly an islamic constitution Because,in our constitution Islamic ideology was given dejure recognition It stated that sovereignty over entire universe belong to Allah the powers shall b exercise by the elected representatives within Divine limits.The preamble of the constitution is an introductory part of the constitution which show object of something the preamble also says about democracy,equality,liberty,social justice as enunciated by Islam.but the probleme is in implementation and enforcemnt at the hands of the leaders who is in absolute command of the national affairs.
And as for as the penal Code and other laws are concern there is no provision in these laws which is against the provision of the Islamic Law.

But the quiestion is this that is Pkistan's constitution Islamic and through out this constitution, is Pakistan completely an Islamic country, now a days?????
