Default foreign hand or not

Even if foreign elements are involved, they are are merely fishing in troubled waters.I think the statement of interior minister is welcome as it a wake-up call for a nation drowned in conspiracy theories.

@ Ahmed....
watever is happening in Kurram Agency is even triggerd by sum foreign evil forces... these two factions Shaii and Sunni have been living in the place since hundreds of years wid harmony and peace. teh disturbance is erupted just after the afghan problem of Islamic Militacy ( as apperently is pretended to be) in their neighbourhood.
I have watched a programme by Talat Hussain before two years ( when this Kurram Agency was at a state of war among its own residents),,, in that live show, the local tribemen( teh one from the Tori Shiaa Group) complained that why the NATO is supplying the arms to our counterparts (sunii grps)....
evidents have been found repetedly in those areas confirming the involment of foreign components in trigerring and instigating the armed conflicts between teh two grps.......

The first thing US did after the 2001 invasion was to invite India into Afghanistan, even before the issue of interim Government was resolved. The minority northern alliance that came into power always had indian symphaty, and they had a grudge against Pakistan for supporting the pashtun Taliban for so long. Its not surprising if they decided to 'accomodate' the Indians for activities that shouldnt have been on their Afghanistan agenda.

Think about it, why does India need 4 consulates- Qandahar, herat, Mazar-e-Sharif, Jalalabad. Why so many diplomatic missions?
Shah Mehmood Qureshi earlier this year claimed that all terrorist attacks in Pakistan in recent years had Indian hand behind it, and that he would gather the evidence and show it to the world. For some reason, the Govt decided to keep quite, and the said evidence never surfaced.

Christine Fair a political scientist from RAND corporation said last year:

I think it would be a mistake to completely disregard Pakistan's regional perceptions due to doubts about Indian competence in executing covert operations...Having visited the Indian mission in Zahedan, Iran, I can assure you they are not issuing visas as the main activity! Moreover, India has run operations from its mission in Mazar (through which it supported the Northern Alliance) and is likely doing so form other consulates it has reopened in Jalalabad and Qandahar along theborder. Indian officials have told me privately that they are pumping money into Balochistan. Kabul has encouraged India to engage in provocative activities such as using Border Roads Organisation...It is also building schools on a sensitive part of Kunar - across from Bajaur. Kabul's motivations for encouraging these activities are as obvious as India's interest in engaging them.

also, I read in an article by Humera Iqbal (Assistant research officer Institute of regional stufies) published in Current Affairs digest Aug 2010, Stanley McChrystal had asked US to scale down irrelevant Indian activities in Afghanistan and Pakistan which are actually hindering US and NATO efforts in Afghanistan. Now what did he mean by that, one has to wonder. And one also has to wonder why the Govt changed its stance and not continue blaming India for every attack like they do with us. Probably US pressure. I don't know.

So yes, foreign forces are their. But they are only taking advantage of our incompetency and our past blunders. Lets not blame them. The truth is, its out fault. Its not even our Govt. Its us, the people. Like Gandhi said, the rulers are only a reflection of the people (not an exact quote).
