well dear all,in my earlier post's first sentence,i wanted to say that its insane to humiliate a prophet-whoever does this abhorrent deed can Never sound sane in a judicious society.
BUT,my contention is this that if after commiting a mistake, any culprit feels sorry and asks for forgiveness then relief ought to be there in the law.AMENDMENT alonwith the SURVIVAL OF this law are an essence of the day.moreover, according to SEERAT UN NABI(S.A.W) By shibli naumani TABARANI is Not a very RELIABLE source of ahadith.and AHADITh are most authentic wen they are MUTAWATIR(wen they hve mre than a single narrator),the above one doesnot hve more than 3 sources so is not the last verdict on BLASPHemy.i want blasphemy to stay in our law forgood but i have a firm faith in the always forgiving and benevolent heart of our relgion so relieving one if he/she is ashamed of his/her earlier deed would be a positive and ample act synonymous with the ideals of ISLAM-th faith of justice, tolerance and humanism.i don't want another long argument to kick off,its just a humble effort to show another shard of the tale.hope thee people would understand.
regards.
