before implementation the policies should be reviewed because most of the policies are by the autocrat. what a normal man can get out of it?

I completely agree with you.The basic problem are these policies...They have nothing to do with the benefit of a normal man.Just one sided policies.This actually refers to the need of an honest and strong leader for our country.

for the beter ment of country for our home land, first of we all feel the responsiblity of our home. now question is what is responsiblity?.......as we care for all our personal things and care for maintance of our homes similarly we care for Pakistan as our home........little example of miss use of things and our people mindset......when we are at any goverment place our common statement government ki chese ha..........nahi i think now we change our mind government ki chese nahi ha hamari chese ha.
2nd thing.........rule of law......but when we watch the ruling class that they are not following the rules we think why we follow..........but i think some has to put first stone in water and we play our part other do or don't do..........we come out of this discusion that why other are not following rules I must follow rules..........
3rd thing stop depending upon the government for all things all the works government will do all problems government will solve.......i think some of the little problems that can be solved out by small organization and by the fresh blood of the country
4th is that encounter of every person for its wrong deed. same rule for all........
i think these are some of important steps for the progress of country

Islamic policies by Mr Zia made the situation even worse. No doubt that Islam is solution of all problems but we don't know to put it with its real spirit.

To me to get the country to out of crisis we must
review our foreign policy
get rid of viscous circle of debt
focus on quality education
democracy in its true sense with some new families
and ............
