Default Dr Tahir-ul-qadri and Pak Democracy

Nowadays this is the topic of every current affair talk show-The points holed by Qadri is:
1. To end the dynastic politics and end the entry of wealthy class to politics-
2. He wants electoral reforms to avoid rigging in elections-
Looking to these points it appears to be quite important for democracy but Qadri it is opposed by almost every political party except MQM, and is declared a threat to democracy-
How??????????
Is the existing political class right or Qadri from Pakistan point of view-
Plz share ur views--

In his point of view that democracy must be cleaned from vices,he is out and out right. but change should be through ballots not bullets.

guys thr is big game going on n pakistan is just its victim......and our politicians dont know what they are doing.....every institution is poking nose into affairs of others... sum forces taking dis advantage...it seems nonsense to have long march for democracy...when ur actually gng against democratic government...although govern has done many wrong thngs n made wrong decisions...but it is time to stand wd each other n unite for national cause rather than creating instability n giving chance to other forces..now dis is war of whole country ...only 18 months are left to end dis democratic set up....let democracy survive .....change is in hands of public...right of vote can bring radical changes in this country.... other than dis country is facing economical decline... so politicians, army, public all need to understand that v have to stand in world again....long march needs money both by public, security officials....n those who cum to eat only...cant v spend dis money on poors...on education...on transparent electoral process.....if Tahair ul Qadri want change he shld use right of vote .... n if he want to b part of democracy he shld take part in election...if he want to help public he shld donate and rise funds for them rather than creating drama....

This is my personal view......

what happend in Quetta today three blasts altogether. When Pakistan was not independent... our ancestors and Hero's gave life for it now when it independent then why we are giving lives??????? can anyone ans?

there is need to bring all political parties to come on table and discuss issues....this is time to save Pakistan to resolve Baluchistan issue to prevent sectarian conflicts rather then giving it more fire...

what happening on LOc? India and pakistan ....again same game started.....between armies....Pakistan is having externally Indian threat and internally tahir ul qadiri at once......with slogan SYASAT NAHI RAYASAT KO BACHANA HAIN.....slogan used by musharaf.....so game is clear...... who have common sense can judge it

Default Allama Tahir-ul-Qadri and Reforms

Aoa,
Recently, Allama Tahir is very much politically active to tackle the situation with the Reform Pakistan Menifisto. According to him:
1. Election Commission must be disolved and new Election Commission Setup must be created.
2. Article 62 and 63 must be practised-though it has been practised since 2008.
3. Meritocractic Society and approach of Middle Class people to contest for elections.
4. Right to life of every person.

About Allama's Management:
93 Schools, 3 Degree Collages, 1 University, approximately 2-Lac of students.
Moreover, 5000 students are under-training in different schools.
More than 90 braches in all over the world.
Financially strong and good rule of law with visionary management.

Q: In the light of above points, does Allama is right to govern Pakistan?
Q: Will any hope of good governance and eradication of Corruption is being sensed from his leadership?
Q: If Allama Tahir is given the ruling chance, will local, regional, and global turmoils Pakistan is facing today be solved?

Plz share your valuable thoughts
Regards: R.K.

If we watch out Tahir-ul-Qadri's demands, no doubt, are good and in favour of the folk of Pakistan but were not appealing to the logic.. The discipline of the protestors was commendable. A positive image sketched internationally that the people of Pakistan are peaceful & serene. But, somehow, I feel that if I would have been the part of that Crowd , surely, I would have disappointed with the end result. It gave me an impression that Allama sb was waiting for that delegation and wasted no time in signing the declaration text.

Will this declaration bring some change?
has it fulfilled the agenda of Allama sb?
hasn't Allama sb became the coalition partner?

No changes will be made and nothing will happen except few rules about ruling the country.
It's only a way to distract the minds of people from different kind of current issues.
Let's see, everything depends on time now.

Default Gain for PPP

Pujab is said to be big brother in Pakistani Politics-it is termed so because this province enjoys lion's share in terms of seats and their mandate.

In the past PML-N has availed the opportunity of being from big brother to its wishes and desires. Besides PML-N, PPP and PML-Q were also the player in The chess of big brother's politics, but PML-N kept on outshining others.

Now dividing Punjab and its politics has become very imperative for PPP to diffuse its power of mandate to single party(PML-N).
Bi-section of Punjab by creating Siraiki Province bears the same nexus of that imperative division.
Another miraculous favour being and will be enjoyed by PPP in their wished plan is the appearnce of Tsunami Khan. It will really do a tremendous job in dividing the mandate of big brother and the same is being very gravely realized by PML-N.
Now last but not the least, for PPP it was very difficult to find a Strong candidate in Lahore to contest and the contestant of PPP in Lahore has hardly been able to receive a mandate far bellow as compare to the candidate from PML-N.
Now it appears that Tahir ul Qadri will make his candidates contest in the election under the umbrella of Minhaj ul Quran and his candidates will catch a significant chunk of mandate that will also be helpful in division of the mandate of big brother. And Minhaj ul Quran may be,in future, the coalition partner with PPP.

This all works on the principle of "Divide and Rule".More the share holder in the mandate the lesser will be power of the big brother. And the arch rival-PML-N will also lose its volume of mandate by sharing it with other partners.

Overall it goes good.........

Default Legal Experts say PPP-Qadri deal mere piece of paper

While the supporters of Dr. Tahirul Qadri are celebrating their triumph after the deal with the government, country's top legal and constitutional experts see no legal value of 'Islamabad Long March Declaration'.
The agreement signed between the government and Qadri stipulates that two names will be proposed for care-taker PM with complete consensus between Qadri and the government.
Former Law Minister Dr. Babar Awan termed it as an ultra-constitutional arrangement.
Former SC judge Justice (R) Wajihuddin Ahmed said that the declaration is not of a binding nature. However, he said the declaration has some legal importance as it promises to implement some election reforms stipulated under the constitution.
Former Balochistan HC judge Justice (R) Tariq Mehmood said the agreement was a face-saving arrangement for Qadri and has no legal value.
senior legal mind Athar Minallah termed the declaration a farce.
