should Pakistan be divided into new provinces within the existing provinces?

Making of new provinces is a solution or just a political game of politicians.

By the making of new provinces there will be new assemblies, more CMs more ministers. and these minister will be the same which are currently in the assemblies.
by making new assemblies there will be a huge expenditure on these assemblies, huge expenditures on the new ministries. National wealth will be ruined on these assemblies.

Issues will be the same and result will be Zero/Zero

obviously this is politics. zardari knows his vote bank is sindh and if there will be new province in punjab then we can get idea why mqm was happy on resolution because they will ask for karachi province after siraiki sooba. neither zardari nor nawaz will go forward except resolutions. nawaz will try his best to save punjab and zardari will do his best to save sindh -to save their politics. there will be more problems; perhaps less problem in punjab because of less ethnicity but in sindh there will be bloodshed. there will be human lose instead of financial loss (new assemblies etc).

Pakistan cant afford new provinces as when it was including in two provinces,there were not more than a little issues in the country.
now the racism remains among 4 provinces,after the division differences would be widen among more than 4 provinces.
if the intentions of the division is given an approval status,the demand of more new provinces,apparently,would be increasing with every passing day.
if we take this issue on administration basis,there is a solution that to change the capital of punjab from lahore to sahiwal like areas.the reason of this changing will be that it (the area of sahiwal) becomes almost the center of punjab so the vigilance would be more effective in the part of administration of punjab.

Actually its government policy to strong their vote bank in punjab. there is no benefit of provinces in Pakistan. I don't know how the people from punjab take this issue on Siraki province but Hazara is also demanding their province in KPK. and MQM wants Jinnah pur province in Sindh.

Well I am not in favour of creating more provinces as it will definitely put a huge burden on already weak economy of Pakistan.I am of the view that making new provinces is just a political game nothing else.it is evident from the statements of some PML-N members that party decided to bring bill for creation of new provinces in Punjab assembly after it felt that it is costing PML-N its vote bank in south Punjab as evident from last three elections.so what does that means?simply that all parties are seeing their own interests rather than the well being of masses.The people who are in power for decades have not been able to solve the problems of their people so far then its useless to hope that they will work for the welfare of people once new provinces are created,In fact in new provinces thay will have more chances to plunder national wealth as they will have major role in those provinces.even if we say it is good step to divide Pakistan into more provinces then still change is impossible in the presence of all those old corrupt faces.it was easy for PML-N to bring resolution in Punjab assembly but the case of sindh is quite different.it won't be easy to bring such resolution in sindh assembly.It is very unfortunate that no one is talking about improving the system so it is folly to think that it will be improved even if new provinces are made as our politicians don't believe much is reforms.

Now afterwards the problem will start. In my view the province should be created, if desire so, according to the population. In view of the saying if the population in the area is not manageable by a single province, it must be. But there will be linguistic problem in those area. We are very influenced by "Zaat & Bradri", so by giving the name "siriki Suba" we have actually built an image in the mind of the masses of that area. So it will create a lot of problem in the near future.

Well,there are always two sides of picture.

1)New provinces=better management

2)New provinces=More corruption:thinking

Division always makes things easy to manage but it's all about sincerity of government and politicians.With new provinces,there should be more accountability bureaus so that the chances of more corruption may be crushed.

I appreciate dividing existing provinces into more provinces as it will help in better management and neglected areas would then be able to get their share of money , its up to their people how they mangage their funds...... and terrorism carried out by people for government negligence will have no roots . Also it will generate more jobs as population has grown too much so has unemployment. It will create burden on govt budgets but it is better to spend govt money on creating and building infrastucture in new provinces than spending it on fabricated projects and transferring to swiss banks........................ see the brighter side of the picture. Mental narrowness will ignite us to think on patriotism and unity..... but managemnet and unity are two different aspects....... more districts and provinces cannot divide us as a nation but divide the management and produce better service...... politicians will certainly promote it on lingual and cast basis but that is their political tactic.... we as a learned yout take it the other way.... let them divide us... it will divide their power in the long run...... corruption cannot be given as an argument to deny division of management.

now a days heated debate is going on in pakistan over the creation of new provinces.First of all it is totally an administrative issue but some political elements made it politicize.second point is there is nothing bad in making new provinces.devolution of powers is a tool to manage state affairs is a best way. Pakisan with 180 million and four provinces is unable to perform in best way so new provinces in my analysis will proivde helping hand in crushing administrative crisis in pakistan

Creating new provinces on administrative basis is a good option, but there are many conflicting issues. Distribution of resources, water distribution, demarcation of provinces, issue of Hazara province. Soon we will hear voices of Muhajir province & that will be disastrous for Pakistan. Moreover potential of new provinces to survive is also a concern. Please comment
