Sindh people Local Ordinance 2012 -Brutual attack on Sindh as a division

this is another havoc act of present government... this will create anarchy in the province in the name of devolution of power. Diarchy has been introduced in the local government, which will sow the seeds of the ultimate division of Sindh, something completely unacceptable to the people of the province

many articles of the constitution proves this bill as illegal.
