It's a new chapter of slavery for the less privileged and marginalised citizens of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Giving such sweeping powers to the Law Enforcement Agencies which are notorious for corruption and lethargy is nothing short of a suicide. Owing to the nature of our society, this is not a sane approach towards our country's problems. I abhor the terrorists and terrorism but the solution provided is not gonna help. I feel sorry for those innocent people who'd be sacrificed at the altar of this black law. Surgical operations and public awareness would have done more than this law. This law would affect the overall attitude of our LEAs, positively. Regards

proper identification of real terrorists and culprits,by following the legal procedure, is the ultimate solution of prevailing chaos in Pakistan.the said bill will not at all help the purpose because mere killing any enemy alien or suspect cannot dig out the hidden motives.our investigation agencies should make themselves competent enough to filter out the terrorists through proper channel.

Our intelligence agencies are competent enough I will say.
This bill will be used for political motives. Incidents like attack on minhaj ul quran will be justified using this bill.

Thankyou so much for your opinions

So we may say that as per the deteriorated law & order of Pakistan; this law is disaster. The Law Enforcement Agencies may exploit this Law for the accumulation of their own interests but at the same time its beneficial as well for the law enforcers. They may encounter the insurgents at the spot especially as of or above BS 15 grade.

Thanks

Prayers,

It's just an attempt to hide the reality that the law enforcement agencies are not knowledgeable, trained, coordinated and equipped enough to deal with an insurgency of this kind and the political leadership lacks the courage and will to take on it, a lack of vision can also be noticed as politics has become a mean to establish business empire and seek personal interests in this country. Nothing is going to happen by passage of this law, the weak and helpless will continue to be suppressed as always and the terrorists will continue to enjoy liberty of conducting subversion, again as always

Just check the performance of our law making ministers and other working for these purpose that they do not even know that there is no 15 grade officers in police department 14 and 16 grades are there so how we can assure that these law makers will do any good for Pakistani people who do not even know the structure of police organization for which they were preparing this law.

Default the law follows the American pattrens

All imperial powers who are abusing their powers with name of defense. USA is notorious for craving and passing such laws which directly exploits the human rights. Guantanambe is one of the most advertised example.
