Default Why do not USA President or PM visit Pakistan ?

Recent, Mr. Obama's visit to India has raised some questions in my mind, the question is if the US president can visit our neighbor countries like India and Afghanistan why not he ever thinks on his visit to Pakistan? Is this because mistrust of Washington D.C on security of Islamabad or the USA do not want to vanish sympathies with India ? I leave these questions for you to have healthy discussion.

@Why do not USA President or PM visit Pakistan ?

USA does not hold the position of PM. Instead, there is a vice president whose privileges and authorities are handful (in comparison to the ones enjoyed by PMs all over the world).
1: Executive Branch: President
He is the head of state, leader of federal government and Commander in chief of USAF. He also appoints or removes cabinet members.

2: Legislative Branch: Senate (100 Members) and House of Representatives (435 Members)
Vice President is the head of senate.

3: Judiciary Branch: Supreme Court

Please do keep in mind the powers and structural hierarchy of different parties in relation to the formulation of international relations/foreign policy of USA. Please note that USAF, unlike the case of Pakistan, are under direct control of the president. In Pakistan, there is a startling difference in the structure because armed forces are assumed to be a full fledge, independent and separate pillar of the nation.

Because the interests of the state are foremost. A visit to Pakistan would not have given them anything (as US is preparing a pull-out from Afghanistan and it has already stationed its 10,000 troops for any rapid action in worst case, the installation of large-scale infrastructure in Afghanistan is also for the similar purpose and to prevail upon CARs as well in quest for their natural resources) than that of India;
(Economic Point of view) an emerging economy, a win-win situation of employment generation for both the countries, (Strategic point of view) China containment policy who better than India is in position of competing china (Consider their economies, militaries and manpower), and politically they always need strong allies in South Asia.
"In International Relations, there is no friend or foe, they are based on interests" Hillary clinton said that, Our leaders do not understand this....
A simple analysis for your understanding....

On the score of interests . Never in the history of pakistan U.S head of state paid. Visit in the democratic epoch . All 5 presidents visited The land of pure in the regimes of dictators . Because they are easy to be convinced at any matter . Reason; they have not to go for vote . The only reason of obma's not visiting to islamabad Is that of an elected government.

Mostly, head of states visit other countries to get military, economic or political benefits. Obama visited India because India is a growing economy and works as a deterrent for America to curtail China's power. As compared to India, Pakistan has nothing to offer. Even if there is something to offer, we have already given it to America. For us, only a phone call form "Amrica" is enough. unfortunately , we are beggars, and beggars are not choosers, my dear . We will continue to work for America even if they don't give us our due respect.
