we can ,t combat the terrorist by using the force no doubt by using force we collapse their network or their member but we can,t stop the terrorism we only overcome on terrorism by saving the people or youth to to join or follow their path . we should find the factor which compel the youth to join these perpetrators

Military courts are necessary at this time. Because our Judiciary is the worst judiciary of earth. We were wrong when we supported Iftikhar Choudhry against Military. He tried to show that he was innocent but he was the worst Chief Justice of Pakistan.
Now everyone has seen that GEO TV is working against Pakistan and it has relations with RAW and other indian agencies which are our enemy. Chief Justice Iftikhar Choudhry had relations with Mir Shakeel-ur-Rehman. And when Gen Pervaiz Musharraf banned GEO tv then Mir Shakeel asked help from iftikhar Choudhry. So, everything is linked with one another and we can understand now that how we were made fool. |

Military Courts.
First thing that we need is stand as one nation. We should be united under one flag if we want to stop the terrorism. Army is the most respectful institution of Pakistan and Army is always there for the people in Pakistan whether its flood, whether its earth quake or whether its Outside enemies. It is also a duty of Army to protect Pakistan from internal enemies.
Every institution of Pakistan should perform its duty. Judiciary has also taken major steps in elimination corruption and terrorism in Pakistan. This is not a time to blame anyone. All the political parties, Army and judiciary has reached to the consequences that Military Courts should be made for 2 years. Whether these are military courts or civil courts, they are working for the betterment of Pakistan. The incident of Peshawar is intolerable and these steps are compulsory to safeguard the society of people of Pakistan. Military courts are essential as terrorist would think twice before doing such a brutal activity. It will even reduce the crime rate in the country too. Because Army always had a strong impact on country and Masha'Allah Pakistan army has a very strong base and they can compete with any danger easily. In my opinion Military courts have been made by joint discussions of all the political parties and Army. They will decrease the crime rates in Pakistan and also this step is taken for the betterment of Pakistan and to eliminate the terrorism in the country. |

It is uncanny that in past the amendments used to be proposed to clear the mess left by army (for i.e. abolition of 8th amendment), and this time the amendment is being proposed to give more powers to the Army in disguise of the military courts.

Military courts are not acceptable in democratic country but in Pakistan they are needed on the ad hoc basis. because time have gone of good and bad taliban. There is thing needed which is of- hard criminals need hard punishments .Otherwise; they will move freely on bail through civil-courts. In addition, burden of danger has also reduced from the Criminal court judges who had feared to verdict hard against the criminals. Now verdicts are from the military court sides rather than civilian.

Well, before we explain that what is right for our country in this hour, it is better to define that what kind of terrorism we are facing today. Actually the war we are engaged in at this time can be termed as an ideological-war. We don't know our enemy in its own image. Our enemy can be in our city or village or indeed in our own home. If one get excited with the ideology of terrorists becomes a terrorist. Means today's patriot one can be tomorrow's terrorist. Now tell me that can an ideological war be fought with arms ? May be.... The argument is that our actual war is to prove their ( terrorist's ) ideology a rootless and false ideology. If we note for a decade we are in this ground named 'war on terror' and outcome is that we have killed about 3 times more terrorists than the number of those first entered in our country. So to whom actually have we killed ? we can say that our core target should be to halt the propagation of their ideology and at particular we must expose that what actually Islam means. And coming to the point military courts, i don't know that what are the historical consequences of this tactic at home and abroad but from a dimension military court can also cause a crucial impact over the flow of terrorism. Keeping in view the vulnerabilities of our security even on the ground of keeping the prison walls strong, terrorists under prison have been in a hope that sooner or later they may come again on their track. But under the military courts regarding their inflexibility such no concept lefts. And Army is always a reliable pillar of the state so nation will also obey their decisions and there would be little chance of involvement of any religious factor in this mission. Eventually we can conclude that first and foremost thing our authorities in common and public at particular has to do is the propagation of Real spirit and ideology of Islam, exposing the barbaric and self-made ideologies of terrorists and then other actions should be performed like military courts, operations etc.
