it is actualy a Marshal Law in Packet of Emergency.
So it is part of Marshal Law that you can protest .
people had no rightts n have still got no rights and now emergency is the so called reason that allows the police to show its brutality and ferocious side openly........
Where there is no Law that place is called Jungle so due to this govt is treating people like animals.
