Happy New year to all,
Despite the turbulent and highly volatile political and security scenario of the state of Pakistan,there are certain achievements to the credit of the current political and democratic dispensation of the country.
Following is a link that throws light on the important event of the year 2009.Infact,the chronology highlights the performace of the institutions,ministries and departments of the state.I believe that after having a bird's eyeview of the events,we being the aspirants of Civil Services of Pakistan may well benefit from it and can gather some,if not exaustive,material worth quoting in the CSS exam.However,certain tragic and traumatic incidents also find place in this chronology as these are sadly but surely part of our history now.
