An Independent Kashmir is Key to Asian Peace!

Kashmir continues to burn. USA always says stabilization in Afghanistan is directly linked to the resolution of Kashmir issue enabling Kashmiris to establish a free independent Jammu Kashmir and out of reach for Indian state terrorism masters and operators. The Obama Government must realize that peace in South Asia is very important for the future of World economy as well as peace in the area, and peaceful solution to the long pending and explosive Jammu Kashmir issue could bring great business to the World. He said that until the issue of Jammu & Kashmir is not solved according to the wishes of people of Jammu & Kashmir, south Asia will have continues tensions.
India claims to be a secular democracy. Genocides, tortures, persecution and finally secret graveyards have at long last opened the eyes of Kashmiri patriots to fight against occupation and oppression. Kashmiris are left with no option but to protest against the brutalities of terror Indian army. Knowing fully well that India can never deter unflinching Kashmiris struggling for their lost sovereignty. After keeping silent for a couple of days, the Indian puppet government in JK re-imposed curfew and other restrictions in several parts of the heavily militarized Kashmir to prevent people from holding anti-India demonstrations. Curfew had been imposed in Safakadal, Mehraj Gunj, Rajouri Kadal, Khanyar, Nowhatta and Rainawari localities of Srinagar besides in Bandipora, Kupwara, Trehgam and Kralpora areas.
Indian terror military and allies in occupied Jammu Kashmir are dealing with Kashmiris the cruelest way possible; whether men, old people, women or children, Kashmiris are treated by illegal India occupiers as infiltrators, enemy from Pakistan and Afghanistan. Since Indian terror PM Manmohan-Sonia-Pratibha team has given full freedom for paid India military terrorists to kill, torture, rape or molest at will without accountability, the “patriotic soldiers” have taken it their prerogative to do whatever they please in JK by using their machine foreign guns. On October 29, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman, Geelani, strongly condemned the molestation of two Kashmiri women in Pattan by the personnel of Special Operations Group (SOG) of Indian forces. During the last four months, people of Pattan have rendered unflinching sacrifices and faced brutal atrocities. As many as eight youth have been martyred by the troops in the area. The occupation forces and authorities had regrouped and activated the notorious SOG. The authorities were reactivating the SOG to suppress the Kashmiris’ ongoing "Quit Kashmir Movement" (QKM) and to harass them. Kashmiris suffer under the draconian Indian laws.
Over years, Indian regime and the puppet government fostered in JK by New Delhi have cultivated a strong pro-India Hindus in JK who would be employed by New Delhi to throw mud on the freedom fighters and support the India’s illegal claims on immoral grounds. While brutally occupying JK, India over the years, has also threatened and bullied its allies and friends, still does, for its cowardly denial of committing the crime of the Kashmiri genocides.
Geelani reiterated that the Kashmir dispute could be resolved only through right to self-determination and the people of Jammu and Kashmir should be given a chance to determine their fate. He said that Kashmir is not an integral part of any other nation, including India, and it is not an internal affairs but an international dispute and added the interlocutors should be boycotted. Since he and his colleagues in the Hurriet rejected the Indian interlocutors who are visiting Kashmir to do Indian job, Geelani is not liked by New Delhi. Every Kashmiri can consider Indians as a collective criminal in a single bunch. For the criminal atrocities and terror operations in JK, the leaders and strategists must be punished. Earlier the better! Indian judiciary is not serious to book the Indian criminals terror attacking neighboring JK and killing the defenseless Kashmiri Muslims.
Every Kashmiri who has been murdered by Indian state military must be properly accounted for and each of Kashmiris who martyred for a free Jammu Kashmir must be worth more than a crore Indian rupee. For the dependents of those who die in AirIndia crash, Indian regime pays 65 lakhs rupees and in train accidents 10 lacs of rupees and buss and other accidents some lakhs are given by both the central and state governments. Recently, India has announced Rs 5 lacs each to those whom Indian state terrorists killed in Kashmir during the recent uprising there. This only means that Kashmiri lives are so cheap. Indian occupying terrorists have murdered about 100, 00 innocent Kashmiri Muslims and India has not even talking about this, let alone making suitable compensations.
Those died in the accidents were not murdered by the government forces nor were there any terror attacks, but it was unfortunately but natural tragedy and passengers died. In a recent air crash in Mangalore by an Indian state plane from Dubai had passengers who worked and earned money. In Jammu Kashmir under Indian brute occupation and reckless genocides, Muslims are being murdered by Indian Hindu terrorists in state uniforms undeterred by any international legal systems. However, it is not just the compensations the Kashmiris are eager to get from Indian terror regime, but severe punishment for the Indian leaders since India annexed and occupied JK, like criminals Manmohan-AK Antony, military bosses and those who actually killed the Kashmiris under siege by Indian Hindu state terrorists.
Of course, Indian blood stained cash would not bring back those Kashmiris whom the Indian terrorist forces have slaughtered in a care free situation, though it could help the relatives of the martyrs. . Kashmiris sacrifice their lives not for cash not for any reward from shameless Indian criminals. They fight for a noble cause and they will attain that earlier than later. But what the Kashmiris expect is the justice for their sacrifices and they want the Indian criminals from all sections, civilian, military, police, intelligence and judicial, to be brought to justice at the earliest.
India has successfully kept the Kashmiris at bay by refusing permission to meet US Obama during his visit o sell terror goods to India for killing Kashmirs and other Muslims. As speculated, India placed the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman, Geelani and M U. Farooq under house arrest to prevent them to address pubic gatherings. Farooq was scheduled to launch signature campaign at Jamia Masjid in Srinagar after Juma prayers, seeking US President B. Obama’s intervention on Kashmir. India cannot tolerate being called world over an occupier, oppressor, and terror state. Truth against India hurts the pseudo-sentiments of Indians.
India never talks about the right of Kashmirs to self-determination as stipulated by the UN. The Indian occupation authorities have time and again illegally detained the APHC leader for participating in protest demonstrations against the violations of gross human rights by Indian troops. Terming the detention of Yasmeen as political vendetta by the puppet authorities, she said that the occupation forces through use of brute force could not deter Kashmiris’ resolve to get freedom from Indian oppressive machines.
