Tribute to Tarique Ghaffur QPM, CBE

Mr. Tarique Ghaffur is Retired Assistant Commissioner of Metropolitan Police, London. He is basically Pakistani from Rahim yar Khan city. He is known to be UK's highest-ranking Asian Muslim police officer. He also served as Assistant Commessioner Scotland Yard. He is honored with several community awards notable Queen Police Medal (QPM) and Commander of British Empire (CBE). He has been awarded four honary Doctrate degrees of England universities. His services in integrity, innovation and positiveness are marvellous. His major Projects have been Olympics 2012, London Blast, Bombay Blast, providing security to london and International events in England.

I have the highest of respect for this hard working Assistant Commissioner who is a dedicated officer with a great deal of integrity. I have met with the Assistant Commissioner at various functions and have always known that he would be heading for the top! Most imporatnt he came from bottom of line. Joined police service as CDI constable and ended with Assistant Commissioner. He resigned his services due to ethnic racisim raised against him by Lan Blair and Mayer of London. Now he has established his own Company CSD (Community safety Development Ltd.) to provide security solutions to world.

He is also serving his country Pakistan in many ways for example assisting PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) in latest scandals. His services are also hired by Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahnaz Sharif to upgrdae and train Punjab Police, installation of security camera in big cities, establishing crime and investigation academy in punjab. And above all he is my uncle. I am greatly inspired by his achievements.
