The Interview call should be based on Academics+NTS. As defined by Establishment Division http://www.establishment.gov.pk/gop/...dGllcy5wZGY%3D


The final selection should be based on Academics+NTS+Experience. I think hiring is on merit Insha Allah.

As i said earlier, whenever there will be interview first of all the lists going to be made of candidates.
aaghaz-hqooq-e-balochistan's SDO interviews' list of candidate was uploaded on fesco official website
I hope (and its not a confirm news) that whenever lists are going to be made, they shall upload it on fesco website.
But at present there are no lists as of certain.

According to govt policy 2015, Authorities are required to finalize the requirement within 60 days from the date of advertisement.But Fesco Department advertised their post more than 6 month ago Now where is govt policy please tore of your policy and put him into basket.

Did you ask about cut off marks also??
And for which post call letters are issued?? Officers??
