Dear! Is it true that a friend of mine who joined as Account Assistant without verifying degrees just with Medical Fitness Certificate?

I think he can do so because we joined without verification of degrees in 2011 but one of the member on this forum told that practice is changed now, rest you can ask from your friend.

There is holiday of Saturday and Sunday.
I think a commercial assistant can do what ever he want as he his free after 4.00 PM.ppppp
