If you are not willing to apply - Just don't - nobody cares, but kindly avoid making such statements on this 'Prestigious' Forum... Kindly show some maturity!
After all there's no form processing fee, thanks to Sindh government which shall bear the burden of this whole recruitment process at NO COST!
People like you also object when NTS charge plenty amount from the unemployed youth and now when Sindh government is not charging a single penny you're still objecting!!!!

no. of posts are not mentioned and there is no prescribed form to apply and these posts have been advertised several times but no test or interview

To the best of my knowledge, some departments do not disclose vacancies due to adjudication because number of vacancies may vary during the recruitment process due to various reasons that's why the authority usually want to fill all the vacant seats even those which may fall vacant during the recruitment process!
In past, new recruitments were banned by Sindh government thats why the process might have been stopped!
Anyway, I advise all the competent candidates to go ahead and must apply for all the posts for which one is eligible because there's no form processing free...
