If they select just 2 or 3 from every slot of 15 people so how they will fullfill the requirment of 249 candidates.

If we consider the 3 or 4 in each slot of 15 so we can say there was 34 slots of 15. and if we multiply 34 x 4 = 136. So, it could be they select 136 purely on merit and remaining 113 on some quota of Commissioners or other political quota... (ALLAH knows better) I wish I am wrong in my mind.
Kindly share your opinion.

Can you confirm it brother ? because according to a member in this thread who quoted an FBR official stated that it is set at 10%.

Interview score weight-age goes like 10% to qualifications/academics
20% to skill relevancy and presentation in interview.
I am quoting Marks distributing policy of federal govt.

means if someone is overqualified like b-com or masters he will get extra marks ?
