i am agree from the viewpoint of nadianoorsoomro and others who posted in the forum day-by-day and shared valuable information to uss ! hamien apney haq k liye khud he khada hona padey ga ! jab tak hum hath par hath rakh kar bethey rahein gay to iss mien hamari he mushkilat badhien gee ! we have option to challenge this act of FBR and NTS by filing Constitutional Petition in the High Court of Sindh, Karachi ! and i hope hamien suna jaey ga or merit par decision bhi ho ga ! ab aap sab log koi hikmat-e-amli banaien ! taa k hum jald sey jald 1-2srey sey mil sakein or petition key liye tyari kar sakien

I think it is not so, As I didn't go to interview for the post of Statistical Assistant, then they called me to come. But I refused..... The case is in the court for stay, but is does not affect the process of hiring, however if court finds any critical :pipeirregularity, it can dismiss all the hiring process..

According to my sources It's true, a man from Lahore filed a lawsuit in Lahore High Court against FBR recruitment process. Selection process will not resume until court verdict comes.
