Dear All,
I have given an interview for the post of LDC in RTO. My serial num was 16, and with the first 15 people. Ive heard that the interviewers was selecting only 2 or 3 people in each group of 15 or 17. Is that true? Or can anybody confirm this, please...

They don't have selection power, after a list is created comprising an aggregate of NTS ( Written & Typing test ),qualification and interview marks, that list will be forwarded to Islamabad where a final merit list will be made to whom appointment letters will be issued by them.

The interviewers can only give marks out of a scale of 10%. The rumor that I heard was that due to shortage of time and an abundance of candidates ... the 'sust' interviewing committee had decided to allot '6' marks to all average candidates with the exceptional ones getting '8-9' marks.

Interview will most likely be taken by Mr.Zahid Khokar (Chief Collector), and the other two will be an assistant collector alongside a deputy collector.

Dear All,
What is the scope of UDC in FBR? what are the promotion chances? what will be minimum salary package with fresh joining?

I am MBA Finance with CGPA 3.49/4.00 and doing an accounts job in private sector. I have also given an interview of UDC at RTO Multan with 64 NTS marks.
Should I go for this job or not, if they call me for appointment.

Scope is average, a clerk is a clerk regardless of what or how big the department and will not result in a significant gain in professional experience.

Shortcut method of Promotion in all government institutions heavily depends upon influential means or any other mode of referrals, and if talking about the 'normal' way .. then after about 4-6 years minimum hopefully.

Minimum package at fresh joining is double the BPS of a normal government employee, that's about 20,000-25,000 if all allowances are also added ( not entirely sure about the figure ).

My personal opinion ( if you're financially secure ); you're a Masters graduate with a healthy CGPA with a steady job, gain further experience to strengthen your skills and then go for a certification like CMA or ACCA aur araam se beth k note chapay .
