Do take advice & try to search pros & cons of both organizations + working environment + relaxation + promotion chances etc. fbr me to promotion chances na hone k barabar hote hn, also do istikhara & ask help & guidance from Allah

as now i've 3 govt. organization offers i've done istikhara & i'm going for fbr in Shaa Allah.
