Is whole process of recruitment is stopped or just for these two posts (Jr.Executive Admin , AM HR Postponed)? It's not a good sign as i guess results of those posts would also be delayed for which interviews were conducted in November/December.

Default To whome we should address in departmental permission certificate(NOC)
Can any one guide me pls to whom I should address in the NOC letter. As I have to type letter myself and get permitted/signed so if any one have any knowledge about this so pls share with me. Reagrds.
