On order there are general instructions...... Admin Officer requires just provision of medical certificate and a set of testimonials with CNIC & 2 Photo(Passport size).

Can someone explain what is meant by msoffice professionist and what is required in this respect. I mean certificate or experience. And if someone is only intermediate and does not have any certificate related to computer or ms office can he be selected?
