Alhamdulillah.......

I got top marks in Multan Centre 68 for mechanical and mechatronics

then 2nd highest 62,,,,then
61,60.......etc

total roll numbers are 50140001-50140209 in multan centre.
There will be mostly 6-7 candidate in pindi and lahore centre above 68 probably.


What you think, merit will be overall province wise or according to our nearest oil/gas field?

and internship will be nearest to our domicile oil/gas field or we have to go for islamabad or any other place?

Any one know?

  1. Dear zunair accept my heartiest congratulations on getting such a good marks in an exam which featured both mechanical and mechatronics part.
  2. Insha Allah you will get the Interview Call .
  3. In order to prepare for the interview start reading about oil & gas and Petroleum industry from the relevant books.
  4. If you have experience in oil and gas then you have good chances if not meet with a friend who is acquainted with oil and gas fields so you can get your facts straight.

i dont think ogdcl will conduct interview...it is jst internshp not a job. merit will be determined on nts score..as they didnt mention interview in advertisement

68 is a very good score even for gat general let alone a two fields combined test. You have good chances.
The chance of no interview seems fairly reasonable but the possibility of interview can not be ruled out as well as many people score same marks so then in order to further scrutinize interviews are conducted. For example see the score list of sngpl test of last year where 20+ people had same marks. So be prepared everyone.

But i do not think 68 is good score for GAT-General
But in sngpl at 60, there were 27 candidates,,,,,,,,i know and 9 of 27 selected...........even some higher marks candidates like 67,68,69 they did not selected...........i do not know what is the reason behind this?
